Shipping Policy

Dealio works with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take between 1 and 3 business days.

Tracking All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent via email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Partial Shipments If you purchase more than one item, they may be sent in separate packages, each with its own respective tracking code.

Customs and Taxes In rare cases, international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Address Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your purchase. In the event of an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the package may be returned to the sender, and the costs for a new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
